Training and Implementation
Taking on a new system can be challenging. Where do you find key information, how do you set up communications, what can you customise, how do you set up users and a whole lot more? They are typical questions asked by our customers when they start on their implementation journey.
That’s why we have a dedicated Training and Implementation Manager who will help you every step of the way to ensure that you get the very best out of the system and that it is set up for you and your users exactly as you want it.
Appropriate Body Support
You’ll almost certainly have questions about NQT Manager at some point. That’s why we give you full access to our Technical Team. You can contact them by phone Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 9am and 5pm. They will be happy to help you get back on track and get the most out of NQT Manager.
Most questions can be answered whilst you are on the phone but occasionally we’ll take a little more time. Whatever happens, we always aim to come back to you within 24 hours.
When it’s not convenient to pick up the phone, all you need to do is submit a ticket and one of our team will respond within 24 hours, usually a lot quicker!
When you invest in NQT Manager, you get a team behind you offering all the support you need to make the system a success. However, many of our customers like to learn at their own pace or find their own answers without having to contact us. That’s why we provide you with a comprehensive User Manual. If you need to know how to set up a user, how to customise an email or how to create your own reports, it’s all there. We’ll train you but we know it’s tough to retain everything. So dip into the manual where you’ll find many of the answers you need. All of your school users will also have access to their own user manual.
